Cliff Awabdy - President / General Manager

Cliff began his journey in the automotive industry in 2003, starting as a salesperson and working his way up through the ranks. Over the years, he’s held key roles including Finance Manager, Internet Manager, and Used Car Manager. With each step, Cliff remained driven by a clear goal: to create a personalized, no-pressure, and transparent car buying experience that truly puts the customer first.

In 2007, Cliff founded CIA Autoplex with a guiding principle—success isn’t measured by high-volume sales, but by earning and keeping the trust of every customer. His approach is simple but powerful: Listen. Deliver. Stand Behind. That means listening closely to each customer’s unique needs, delivering unmatched service and quality based on those needs, and standing behind every vehicle sold.

Cliff personally purchases from auctions across the Deep South to hand-select inventory, ensuring that CIA Autoplex offers vehicles that stand out in quality, value, and reliability. Every vehicle undergoes a multi-tiered quality control process to exceed the highest standards of cleanliness, performance, safety, and dependability.

Justin Bishop - Finance Manager

With over 18 years of experience in the automotive industry, Justin Bishop brings a wealth of knowledge and hands-on expertise to the CIA Autoplex team. He’s worn every hat in the car industry—from sales consultant to general manager—which gives him a unique understanding of the entire car-buying process.

As our Finance Manager, Justin is committed to helping every customer find the best financing options available. Whether it’s securing competitive interest rates or navigating challenging credit situations, Justin prides himself on finding solutions and making deals happen. His motto? Turning “I can’t” into “I can.”

When he's not at the dealership helping customers get behind the wheel, Justin enjoys life on his farm in Terry. He's a proud father of six sons, one daughter, and two amazing stepdaughters. In his downtime, you’ll find him outdoors, spending time hunting and fishing with his family.

Katie Clark - Office Manager

Originally from Canton, Mississippi, Katie Clark now resides in Pisgah, MS with her husband, daughter, and son. With a lifelong passion for horses and a background in competitive barrel racing, Katie brings the same dedication and drive to her career in the automotive industry.

Over the past six years, Katie has gained hands-on experience across nearly every facet of the car business—including service, parts, accounting, finance, and wholesale. Her well-rounded expertise and commitment to customer service make her a trusted and versatile professional in the industry. Katie genuinely enjoys helping people and takes pride in guiding them through their automotive needs with honesty and care.

Cory Henson - Service Manager

Cory Henson brings 14 years of experience in the automotive industry, with over a decade in the service department to CIA Autoplex. Originally from Star, Mississippi, Cory has a true passion for helping customers keep their vehicles running smoothly and safely. He takes pride in diagnosing issues, offering reliable repair solutions, and building long-term relationships based on trust and quality service. Outside of the shop, Cory enjoys spending time with his wife and kids, hunting, fishing, and firing up the grill for a good BBQ.

Josh Johnson - Sales Professional

Josh Johnson, a proud Brandon, MS native, brings over 20 years of automotive experience to the CIA Autoplex team, which he joined in October 2017. Known for his friendly personality, great sense of humor, and deep industry knowledge, Josh is dedicated to providing a transparent, information-based approach that truly puts the customer first.

Outside of work, Josh enjoys playing disc golf, cheering on the New Orleans Saints, and dominating his fantasy football leagues. He's also a proud dad to a son currently attending Ole Miss.

Jayce Powell - Sales Professional

Jayce, originally from Tensas Parish, Louisiana, now resides in Gluckstadt, Mississippi. A lifelong automotive enthusiast, his passion for cars began early—fueled by time spent in his father's motor shop and cruising or drag racing on McDowell Road during his high school years. That passion has only grown, and today, Jayce is dedicated to helping you find the perfect vehicle to meet your needs adn budget.

Outside the dealership, Jayce enjoys spending time with his wife, Stephanie, and their family, Marcie and Clayton. He also serves the community as an Alderman at Large for the City of Gluckstadt. When he's not working in local government, you’ll find him caring for his horse, Hopi, and the rest of the family’s horses, skateboarding, or spinning vinyl as professional DJ “DJ Trix.”

Parker Lowery - Sales Proffesional

Parker lives in Brandon, Mississippi, with his wife, Hannah, and their three children: Luke, Livvy, and Beau. He spent seven years in the RV industry, working in a variety of roles including sales, sales manager, and finance & insurance (F&I). For the past two years, he has been in the automotive industry, focusing on sales and F&I.

Outside of work, Parker enjoys spending time with his family, playing golf, hunting, fishing, shooting, cooking, and cheering on Ole Miss Football. A former collegiate athlete, he played baseball at Hinds Community College before transferring to the University of Mississippi. His family is actively involved at Brandon First Methodist Church.

Dylon Craig - Service Technician

Originally from Louisiana, Dylan has called Brandon, Mississippi home for the past 10 years, where he lives with his wife and two children. He holds specialized certification to work on Hyundai Genesis vehicles and is known for his thorough diagnostics and commitment to quality repairs. With a strong work ethic and deep technical knowledge, Dylan is dedicated to keeping drivers safely on the road.

With over 30 years of experience in the automotive industry, Wayne McFarland brings a wealth of knowledge, leadership, and technical expertise to the CIA Family. Throughout his distinguished career, Wayne has held key roles in both management and technology, working with some of the most respected names in the industry, including Firestone, Goodyear, and General Motors.

Wayne's solid foundation in automotive science and business was built through his academic achievements, earning his undergraduate degree from the University of Southern Mississippi and his graduate degree from the University of North Carolina. His education, combined with decades of hands-on experience, makes him an invaluable asset to both our team and our customers.

Wayne is passionate about ensuring every vehicle that comes through our doors leaves in peak condition. His commitment to excellence and customer satisfaction defines his work every day.

When he's not under the hood or solving complex automotive challenges, Wayne enjoys hitting the open road on his Harley and spending quality time with his beloved poodles.
