Cliff started out in the automotive industry in 2003. He started as a salesperson and worked his way up the the ranks. He held positions as Finance Manager, Internet Manager and Used Car Manager. Cliff was driven to create a personalized sales experience with a no-pressure and transparent approach to the customer’s needs. In 2007, Cliff founded CIA Autoplex with his core principle: success is not achieved through high-volume sales, but only by earning and keeping the trust of every customer. Cliff employs a “listen-deliver-stand behind” method of earning a customer’s trust. With each customer, we earn that trust by listening to his/her unique and specific needs. We build on that initial trust by delivering unparalleled service based upon the customer’s needs. Cliff personally networks at auctions throughout the Deep South to ensure that the CIA Autoplex vehicle inventory is unmatched by any competitor. Finally, we retain the customer’s trust by standing behind all the vehicles that we offer. Josh Johnson, native of Brandon, MS, has 20 years of automotive experience. He Joined the CIA Autoplex team in October of 2017. He is a knowledgeable, funny, friendly person, which makes him an exceptional choice to assist you! Josh has a son that's attending Ole Miss. Shane Decker has 24 years of automotive service experience. He has previously been employed by Mercedes-Benz, BMW, and Chevrolet dealerships. Shane has also worked as an independent auto technician that provided repairs and insight for several car dealers in this area. He joined the CIA team in May of 2022. Travis Rainey - Detail Manager

Travis has been with the CIA Family since 2015 and in the detail business for over 12 years. He specializes in cutting, buffing, wet sanding, paint correction and interiors. He is a valuable member of the CIA team an important part of our daily business.
