Meet the Staff of CIA Autoplex

Cliff started out in the automotive industry in 2003. He started as a salesperson and worked his way up the the ranks. He held positions as Finance Manager, Internet Manager and Used Car Manager. Cliff was driven to create a personalized sales experience with a no-pressure and transparent approach to the customer’s needs. In 2007, Cliff founded CIA Autoplex with his core principle: success is not achieved through high-volume sales, but only by earning and keeping the trust of every customer. Cliff employs a “listen-deliver-stand behind” method of earning a customer’s trust. With each customer, we earn that trust by listening to his/her unique and specific needs. We build on that initial trust by delivering unparalleled service based upon the customer’s needs. Cliff personally networks at auctions throughout the Deep South to ensure that the CIA Autoplex vehicle inventory is unmatched by any competitor. Finally, we retain the customer’s trust by standing behind all the vehicles that we offer. CIA Autoplex utilizes a multi-tiered quality control protocol to ensure that every vehicle exceeds all standards of cleanliness, performance, safety, and reliability. A lifelong resident of the Jackson area and devoted family man, Cliff understands that the customer’s friends and loved ones will be riding in every vehicle he sells. He and the staff of CIA Autoplex are dedicated to retaining that level of trust every day. 

Josh Johnson, native of Brandon, MS, has 16 years of automotive experience. He Joined the CIA Autoplex team in October of 2017. He is a knowledgeable, funny, friendly person, which makes him an exceptional choice to assist you! Josh has a teenage son that he enjoys spending time with. Memory recently moved back to her hometown from Texas. There she started her career in the Automotive industry 7 years ago. She started out in Internet Sales and worked her way up the ladder into finance a few years later. She moved back to Brandon to be with family and joined our team in May 2018. Her hobbies include playing to the guitar, sudoku, and puzzles. Come see Memory for a low pressure, honest, and easy car buying experience. 

Terry started in the car business in 1995. Over the years he has worked at several dealerships and has been in sales and management. He permanently moved to Brandon, MS from Largo, Fl. He met his wife in 2005 and they were married in the Philippines. They have two children. A boy named Andrew and a girl named Ella. They are active in their church. His son and daughter are involved in Bible quizzing. He has been with CIA Autoplex since October of 2018. He helps people find the right financing for themselves at our Brandon store. He is a important member of the CIA family and we are glad to have him!                         

Ms. Deborah has been doing our title work as a independent contractor since 2007.  She has been our full time office manager since December of 2018.  She is a valued member of the CIA Family!

Hunter is one of our veteran team members and has been a key figure to our well rounded staff at CIA Autoplex. He believes honesty, integrity, hard work, and having a customer minded approach to be the back bone of being a successful professional. Hunter started working at CIA Autoplex in September of 2015 and has played a vital role in the growth of our business acting on the same principles that make CIA Autoplex's experience differ from others. He has assisted in the expansion of our online presence due to his knowledge and experience with new technologies and social media. We are very happy to have him on board and to see his continued growth. He has had the opportunity to learn everything from the ground up and grow along with the company.

Paxton has been part of the CIA team since April of 2019.  He is a valuable member of the family and a great choice to be your sales rep.

Jerran started with us in February of 2020.  He comes from a background of over 7 years of motorcycle and atv sales.  In his free time you can usually find him at the gun range or on his motorcycle or jet ski depending on the weather.  We are glad to have him as part of the CIA team.

Travis has been with the CIA Family since 2015 and in the detail business for over 12 years.  He specializes in cutting, buffing, wet sanding, paint correction and interiors.  He is a valuable member of the CIA team an important part of our daily business.  

Zackery has been part of the CIA Family since August of 2019.  He has been doing mechanic work for over 6 years.  He is ASE certified in electrical work and has and advanced degree in automotive technology from Holmes in Goodman.  We are very glad he is a part of the CIA team!

Jeremy started with us in February of 2020.  He has a background in paint and body and has been in the automotive field for over 15 years.  He says that cars are is heart and that he's a easy going and direct person.  We're glad to have him as part of the team.
