Chelsae, our only female sales representative, has adapted very well into her new role with us. Chelsae started her career in 2013 and has since gained valuable experience in multiple departments such as parts, service, and sales. Chelsae brings with her a well rounded knowledge of the industry along with her gleeful personality, get it done attitude, and her ability to give all of her customers a relaxed and low pressure buying experience. Chelsae graduated from Mississippi State University in 2013, with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communication, and plans to put her education to use, while helping her customers find the perfect vehicle that fits their needs. She has hit the ground running and has already built a growing customer base of repeat and referred customers.

Josh Johnson - Sales Professional

Josh Johnson, native of Brandon, MS, has 15 years of automotive experience. He is a knowledgeable, funny, friendly person, which makes him an exceptional choice to be your salesman! Michael Willridge - Finance Manager

Michael joinded the CIA team in March of 2017. He brings nearly 20 years of experience in the industry to an already great team. His ability to assist customers in every aspect of the buying experience from vehicle selection,  providing financing options, to service after the sale and beyond complements CIA's customer first focus. 

Paul Pegues - Sales Professional

Paul joined our staff in 2017, and has become a huge asset to the CIA Autoplex team. He is a Brandon, Mississippi native, graduating from Brandon High School in 2007 and soon after discovered his love of the automotive industry and the lifelong relationships forged from his experiences within. Paul has a wealth knowledge with his total seven years of experience and brings honesty, friendliness, and a fun personality to the table for everyone that he comes in contact with and always makes his customers feel at home while shopping with us. Paul has extensive knowledge on all makes and models that we carry in our growing inventory, that paired with his conversation and communication skills gives Paul the ability to answer all of his customers questions and assist them in choosing the vehicle that fits them best. Having the right salesman guide you during your buying experience is just as important as choosing the right vehicle to purchase and Paul is the go to guy for your complete CIA Autoplex experience.           

Cliff Awabdy - President


Cliff started out in the automotive industry in 2003. He started as a salesperson and worked his way up the the ranks. He held positions as Finance Manager, Internet Manager and Used Car Manager. Cliff was driven to create a personalized sales experience with a no-pressure and transparent approach to the customer’s needs. In 2007, Cliff founded CIA Autoplex with his core principle: success is not achieved through high-volume sales, but only by earning and keeping the trust of every customer. Cliff employs a “listen-deliver-stand behind” method of earning a customer’s trust. With each customer, we earn that trust by listening to his/her unique and specific needs. We build on that initial trust by delivering unparalleled service based upon the customer’s needs. Cliff personally networks at auctions throughout the Deep South to ensure that the CIA Autoplex vehicle inventory is unmatched by any competitor. Finally, we retain the customer’s trust by standing behind all the vehicles that we offer. CIA Autoplex utilizes a multi-tiered quality control protocol to ensure that every vehicle exceeds all standards of cleanliness, performance, safety, and reliability. A lifelong resident of the Jackson area and devoted family man, Cliff understands that the customer’s friends and loved ones will be riding in every vehicle he sells. He and the staff of CIA Autoplex are dedicated to retaining that level of trust every day.

Hunter Gardner - Sales professional

Hunter is one of our veteran salesman and has been a key figure to our well rounded staff at CIA Autoplex. He believes honesty, integrity, hard work, and having a customer minded approach to be the back bone of being a successful sales professional. Hunter started working at CIA Autoplex in September of 2015 and has played a vital role in the growth of our business acting on the same principles that make CIA Autoplex's experience differ from others. He has assisted in the expansion of our online presence due to his knowledge and experience with new technologies and social media. We are very happy to have him on board and to see his continued growth. He has had the opportunity to learn everything from the ground up and grow along with the company.

Jared Jerrolds - General Manager

Jared was trained by the president of CIA, Cliff Awabdy, and offers the company standard in auto sales which is to provide our customers with an extraordinary car buying experience while maintaining top notch integrity and honesty. As a young and ambitious salesman Jared brings an honest and friendly appeal to the industry with a can do attitude. He is able to assist customers with a start to finish approach so that all customers are given the most attention possible.
